Crafting the Future of Hospitality

Founder & CEO
Titus Shigwedha
Titus began his career in hospitality in Cape Town, South Africa, starting from the ground up as a waiter at some of Cape Town's most notable restaurants — Foresters Arms "Forries" & Cattle Baron in Constantia — before progressing into management. Those early years gave him a practical understanding of people and business, which he transferred into his first management role as Tap Room Manager at the Woodstock Brewery.
His career soon became international. From South Africa, Titus moved into opportunities across Qatar, Namibia, the United Arab Emirates and, eventually, the United Kingdom — building experience across hospitality, management, operations, recruitment, business development and international markets.
In Namibia, he progressed into a senior Food & Beverage leadership role with Hilton before becoming General Manager of Am Weinberg Boutique Hotel and Tenbergen Pension Hotel, where he managed more than 92 team members and delivered measurable improvements in profitability and operating cost.
His journey continued in Dubai, where he worked across leading hospitality businesses, including Hilton Al Habtoor and Gordon Ramsay's Bread Street Kitchen & Street Pizza at Atlantis Dubai, as well as being involved in the pre-opening of multiple venues for the Dubai Expo 2020 project with Celebrity Chef Matthew Kenney.
Today, Titus is based in London, where he oversees one of London's fastest-growing hospitality operations.
